Duration Guided tours 1.5 to 5 hours.

Difficulty Easy to moderate. Amsterdam and the surrounding countryside are flat. All participants must be able to ride a bicycle confidently and independently - make turns, brake safely, ride in traffic. Guides carry out a short safety assessment (may include test ride) at the meeting point and have full authority to refuse participation on safety grounds without refund. Minimum age 12 for public tours.

Languages Tours operate in English, Dutch, German, Spanish with French, Italian and Portuguese available on our 1.5 hour city highlights tour as a free addon. All languages are available for private tours on request. Shop staff at all five locations operate in English.

Trekking Bikes — Winora Domingo X20, 20 gears, geared for longer distances into the countryside. Electric assist E-bikes - Winora e-bike, 5 speeds, 7 mechanical gears for effortless riding on both countryside and city routes. Sparta S-Compact e-bike — compact-frame e-bike, ideal for shorter guests or those less confident on standard frames. Urban Arrow electric cargo bike — front-box cargo bike carrying up to two young children comfortably. (Private tours only) Cargo bikes — front-box cargo bike carrying young children comfortably. Children's bike — full range from 12 inch to 24 inch, matched to age and height. Children's bike — full range from 12 inch to 24 inch, matched to age and height. Adult-child tandem — adult front, child rear tandem for families with children who cannot ride solo. Adult-child triple tandem — three-position tandem seating one adult and two children on the same frame. Adult tandem — two-adult tandem for guests riding as a pair.
