Cycle Cities Community – Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

Cycle Cities is a professional community for independent bike tour and cycling tourism operators focused on collaboration, knowledge sharing, networking, and industry growth.

2. Membership

Membership is open to bike tour operators and selected industry partners approved by Cycle Cities.

Cycle Cities reserves the right to approve, refuse, suspend, or remove memberships when necessary for the health of the community.

Membership plans, pricing, and benefits may evolve over time.

3. Exclusivity

Some cities may include exclusivity.

This means:

• Only one operator per city may hold exclusive status
• Cycle Cities may prioritise that operator in promotions and visibility

Exclusivity:

• Applies only to city-based operators
• May not be available in all cities
• Is not transferable
• May be reviewed or revoked if circumstances change

4. Community Conduct

Members are expected to:

• Engage respectfully and professionally
• Contribute constructively
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, or damaging conduct toward other members or the community

Constructive criticism and feedback are welcome.

5. Communications & Online Spaces

Members agree to receive operational communications, newsletters, membership updates, and Symposium information.

Cycle Cities may operate WhatsApp groups, newsletters, shared drives, and other online spaces. Participation requires respectful and professional behaviour.

Cycle Cities reserves the right to remove participants who repeatedly disrupt the community environment.

6. Symposium

Symposium terms, pricing, cancellations, and attendance policies are communicated separately.

Cycle Cities reserves the right to limit attendance, invite non-members, or adjust programming when necessary.

7. Payments & Cancellation

Membership fees are payable monthly or annually depending on the selected plan.

Failure to pay may result in:

• Suspension of benefits
• Removal from communication channels
• Removal from the website and promotional materials

Members may cancel at any time. No partial refunds are guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

8. Website & Content

Cycle Cities may feature member businesses across its website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Members are responsible for providing accurate and updated information.

By sharing content with Cycle Cities, members grant permission for promotional use unless otherwise agreed.

9. Community Evolution

Cycle Cities is an evolving project. Structures, systems, benefits, and policies may change over time as the community develops.
