Symposium 2027 Registration Terms and Conditions

The Cycle Cities Symposium 2027 officially takes place from Monday 22 February (14:00) to Wednesday 24 February (12:00), with additional informal activities planned before and after the official program (Sunday and Thursday).

Registration is open to:

• Owners and senior managers from current Cycle Cities Community member companies
• Companies specifically invited to attend

Please note:

• A separate registration form must be completed for each attendee
• Guides and guests are welcome to join in Hamburg; additional information and a separate registration form will be shared with confirmed attendees closer to the event

Your Symposium ticket includes access to all official activities from Monday to Wednesday, including:

• Symposium meetings and discussions
• Bike tours
• Partner dinner (3-course meal)
• Lunch (2-course meal)

Tickets will be invoiced directly to the operator/company and are payable by invoice.
