I’m Isabella, Intermin MD at Cycle Cities.

I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and my career started in a world that seems far away from cycling: audiovisual production.

For more than a decade, I worked in film, television, music videos and cultural projects across Venezuela, Argentina, Uruguay, the United States and Spain. I learned how to manage complex projects, coordinate large teams, solve problems under pressure, and tell stories that connect with people.

In 2018, after moving to Valencia, Spain, I found myself working in tourism for the first time. I joined Valencia Bikes and quickly discovered something I loved: helping travellers experience a city through local eyes.

There’s something special about exploring a destination by bike. You move at the perfect pace, you notice details you would otherwise miss, and you connect with places in a much more authentic way.

Since then, my career has combined tourism, marketing, communications and community building. I have worked with tour operators, cultural organisations, events, sustainability projects and international brands, always focused on creating meaningful experiences and building strong relationships.

When I joined Valencia Guías, I had the opportunity to work closely with international visitors and local tourism partners. It reinforced something I already believed: the best travel experiences are created by passionate local operators who truly care about their cities and their guests.

That is one of the reasons I’m excited to be part of Cycle Cities.

What I love most about this network is that it brings together independent operators from around the world who share the same goal: delivering exceptional bike tour experiences while supporting each other as a community.

Today, I help coordinate member communications, projects, events and initiatives across the network. I enjoy connecting people, improving processes, and helping great ideas become reality.

At Cycle Cities, you'll find some of the world's most passionate bike tour operators — and I'm proud to help support the community behind them.
